Tap Sell in the navigation bar, upload photos of your gear, fill in the details (brand, size, condition, price), and publish. Your listing goes live instantly and is free to create.
No — listing and selling on Boardom is completely free. Buyers pay a small platform fee at checkout, but sellers keep 100% of their asking price.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When a buyer purchases your item, the payment is held until the buyer confirms receipt. Once confirmed (or after the 48-hour verification window), funds are released to your connected Stripe account.
After a buyer receives their item, they have 48 hours to inspect it and confirm it matches the listing. If no action is taken within 48 hours, the order auto-completes and the seller is paid.
If your item didn't arrive, was damaged in transit, or is significantly not as described, open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Go to My Orders, select the order, and tap Raise a Dispute. We'll review the case and issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Once your item sells, package it securely and ship it using a tracked service. Upload the tracking number in your order dashboard so the buyer can follow the delivery. For local collection, coordinate with the buyer via messages.
Yes — on any listing page you can send the seller a message to negotiate. If you agree on a price, the seller can update the listing and you can purchase at the new price.
Go to Settings and select Delete Account. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active listings will be removed and any pending orders will be resolved first.
