By accessing or using Boardom ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, condition, and pricing. All items listed must be legal to sell and must be snow sports or related equipment. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen property, and items that violate any applicable laws.
Sellers are required to ship items within the timeframe specified at checkout or, for collection items, to make the item available at the agreed location.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable platform fees. Boardom charges a platform fee of 10% on each transaction, added to the listing price at checkout.
Payment is held until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. Buyers have 48 hours after delivery is marked to confirm receipt or raise a dispute. After this period, the order is automatically completed and funds are released to the seller.
If an item is significantly not as described, damaged during shipping, or not received, buyers may request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Boardom will review disputes and may issue full or partial refunds at its discretion.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Boardom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.
The Platform displays product images and data sourced from publicly available websites for informational purposes in our equipment library and catalog. Boardom does not claim ownership of these images; they are used solely to help users identify and reference equipment. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property or other rights, you may request removal via our Legal Requests page.
Boardom respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable law. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please follow the process described on our Legal Requests page, which sets out the required information and how to submit your request.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, active listings will be removed and pending orders will be handled according to our refund policy.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Boardom does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy. Transactions are between buyers and sellers; Boardom acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boardom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
