How we keep the Boardom community safe.
Every transaction on Boardom is processed through Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider. We never store your card details. When you buy an item, your payment is held securely until you confirm you're happy with your purchase — the seller only gets paid once you do.
Every order on Boardom includes built-in buyer protection. If your item doesn't arrive, was damaged in transit, or is significantly not as described, you can request a refund within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We review every dispute carefully and issue refunds where appropriate.
After delivery, buyers have 48 hours to inspect the item and confirm it matches the listing. If everything looks good, you confirm receipt and the seller is paid. If you don't respond within 48 hours, the order auto-completes.
Our in-app messaging system lets buyers and sellers communicate directly without sharing personal contact information. Keep all conversations on the platform so we can help resolve any issues that arise.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
