Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to request deletion of your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which describes your rights under GDPR and other applicable laws. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.

For requests involving data that is not tied to an account (for example, if your image appears in a listing without your consent), please contact us at legal@boardom.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the relevant details.

Counter-Notice

If content was removed from the Platform based on a takedown request and you believe it was removed in error (for example, due to misidentification or fair use), you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Your full name, address, and contact information
Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Boardom may be found)

If you are a copyright holder or rights holder and believe that your images or content appear on Boardom without your permission, you may request removal. This includes product images in our equipment catalog, listing photos, or any other content.

Required information:

The URL(s) where the content appears on Boardom
A description of the work or content you believe is infringing
Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder
Your full name, email address, and phone number
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

Submit your request via email to legal@boardom.co with the subject line "Image Removal Request". We aim to respond within 14 business days.
