Snowboards comparison — 2023-2024 season
How they compare
Both boards are designed for all mountain riding. They share a directional shape — different nose and tail; built to ride forward with better float in powder and drive on groomers. The Burton 1995 Kelly Air Camber has a camber profile (arc underfoot for strong edge hold, pop, and stability on hardpack—lively and precise), while the Burton Custom X Flying V uses rocker (lifted contact points for easier turn initiation, float in soft snow, and a catch-free feel). Both are rated 8/10 flex (stiff).

What to inspect and what not to confuse when buying used. Not on-snow reviews.
A scarcer mix of Custom X stiffness and Flying V feel. Do not treat it as a regular Custom X or Custom Flying V when comparing prices. Supply is thinner, so inspect edges carefully before paying a premium.
