Snowboards comparison — 2026-2027 season
How they compare
Both boards are designed for all mountain and freestyle and backcountry riding. They share a twin shape — same shape at nose and tail; rides switch naturally. Common for park and freestyle. The Nitro Basher has a rocker profile (lifted contact points for easier turn initiation, float in soft snow, and a catch-free feel), while the Nitro Santoku uses camber (arc underfoot for strong edge hold, pop, and stability on hardpack—lively and precise). The Nitro Basher is slightly stiffer, though both sit in the stiff range.
