Salomon Abstract vs Salomon Assassin Pro
Snowboards comparison — 2024-2025 season
How they compare
Both boards are designed for all mountain and freestyle riding. The Salomon Abstract uses a twin shape while the Salomon Assassin Pro is directional twin. Both feature hybrid (rocker/camber) profiles — mix of camber and rocker zones for all-mountain versatility—grip, float, and play in one profile. The Salomon Assassin Pro is slightly stiffer, though both sit in the medium range. The Salomon Abstract targets advanced riders while the Salomon Assassin Pro is aimed at expert riders.

Salomon Abstract
Salomon’s alternative all-mountain/freestyle board. Used supply is modest. Confirm you are not looking at a Huck Knife, and price the base and edges — a recent season is not automatically a premium.
