Salomon Assassin vs Salomon Huck Knife
Snowboards comparison — 2024-2025 season
How they compare
Both target freestyle terrain, while the Salomon Assassin leans more all mountain. The Salomon Assassin uses a directional twin shape while the Salomon Huck Knife is twin. Both feature hybrid (rocker/camber) profiles — mix of camber and rocker zones for all-mountain versatility—grip, float, and play in one profile. The Salomon Assassin is slightly stiffer, though both sit in the medium range.

Salomon Huck Knife
Park-first Salomon with a busier used market than the Abstract. Check sidewalls, inserts, and rail rash. Huck Knife Pro is a different, scarcer board — do not pay Pro money for a standard Huck Knife.
