Slash Brainstorm vs Slash Portal
Snowboards comparison — 2023-2024 season
How they compare
the Slash Brainstorm leans more all mountain/freeride, while the Slash Portal leans more powder. The Slash Brainstorm uses a directional twin shape while the Slash Portal is directional. The Slash Brainstorm has a hybrid (rocker/camber) profile (mix of camber and rocker zones for all-mountain versatility—grip, float, and play in one profile), while the Slash Portal uses camber (arc underfoot for strong edge hold, pop, and stability on hardpack—lively and precise). The Slash Portal is slightly stiffer, though both sit in the medium range.

Slash Brainstorm
Slash all-mountain board with thin used supply. When one appears, inspect the base and sidewalls carefully — scarcity is not a reason to skip condition. Do not confuse it with other Slash models that share a similar graphic language.
